Douglas Elliman held its 2012 Awards Ceremony at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on February 25.

Lynda Packard from the Southampton office was awarded the Top Agent prize, based on gross commission income. Additional Top Five agents from the East End included: Lynn November, Susan Hovdesven, Aaron Curti and Erica Grossman.

The Enzo Morabito Team from the Bridgehampton office was awarded the Top Team prize, based on gross commission income. Other Top Five Teams from the East End included: The Kang, Keogh and Agnello Team; William Wolff and Dennis DiCalogero; The Sanicola, Kohr and Troy Team; and Priscilla Garston and Alyra Hoffman.

The Southampton office, managed by Ray Smith, claimed the title of Top Office for 2012. Other Top Office winners included the Bridgehampton office, managed by Paul Brennan, and the East Hampton office, managed by Ray Smith.

The Corcoran Group

The Corcoran Group held its annual awards ceremony on Wednesday, February 7, at the Tuscan House in Southampton.

Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran’s Bridgehampton office was named Top East End Agent. The Top Deal of the Year award for the South Fork went to Marcella O’Callaghan for her sale of $28.5 million at 322 Meadow Lane in Southampton. The Top Deal of the Year award for the North Fork went to Lori Feilen and Tim Davis for the sale of a property in Orient.

The Top Team of the Year on the South Fork was Cee Scott Brown and Jack Pearson. The Top Team of the Year for the North Fork was Nancy Cervelli and Barry Novick.

Gary DePersia was recognized for the Highest Rental Price. Karen Jones, who was named Rookie of the Year, also landed the Top Commercial Deal. Leda Traslavina was named Employee of the Year.

Top producers included: Arlene Reckson in Amagansett, Ginger Thoerner and Peter Huffine in Bridgehampton, Michael Schultz in East Hampton, Joan Hegner in Montauk, Tim Davis in Southampton, Mala Sander in Sag Harbor, Penelope Mooer on Shelter Island, Lori LaMura in Westhampton Beach and Sheri Winter Clarry on the North Fork. Corcoran CEO Pamela Liebman and Vice President of Sales, Tresa Hall, were also in attendance at the awards ceremony.
