Resort Hotel Approved at 71 Hill Street in Southampton Village

Plans for a resort hotel at 71 Hill Street have received conditional approval from the Southampton Village Planning Board, clearing the final village hurdle for the project before obtaining a building permit. The Southampton Village Planning Board green-lighted the plans on November 17 in a 5-0 vote. The project previously received a special permit from the Board of Trustees and approvals from the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Board of Architectural Review and Historic Preservation.
