Despite persistent economic pressures and rising infrastructure costs across the region, Suffolk County Water Authority’s AAA bond rating remains unchanged, according to Fitch Ratings. The highest possible rating reflects SCWA’s strong financial management, operational efficiency and commitment to infrastructure investment without increasing long-term debt.
