Victor Gutierrez Nunez, 46, was charged with DWI as a felony Sunday night by the East Hampton Town Police. Police said that Gutierrez Nunez was found sleeping behind the wheel of a 2011 Toyota pickup truck, keys in the ignition and engine running, in a parking lot off North Main Street.
