Crozier, 64, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident where there was a personal injury as a first offense, a misdemeanor, on February 3. Police said that Crozier was headed north a little before 6 a.m. in a 2014 Ford cargo van when he rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light at North Main and Cedar streets.
