The sale of a newly built Sag Harbor Village residence by developer Bruce Bronster and architect Peter Cook closed last week for $5.25 million, according to Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The glass, stucco and wood home with water views in a private community sits on a half acre directly across from an entrance to Sag Harbor Bay beach and is 5,550 square feet, including six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and three half-baths. It is known alternately by two addresses: 2 Harding Terrace and 48 Lincoln Street.

Among the amenities are radiant heat, white oak flooring, a Bakes & Kropp chef’s kitchen featuring three Sub-Zero refrigerators, an AGA Elise dual French enamel range, and two Miele dishwashers, plus Waterworks faucets, vanities, and tile in every bathroom. Smart home technology includes Sonos, Lutron and alarm/security. There is also central vacuuming, six HVAC zones and a 1,000 gallon propane tank.

The first floor has 8-foot-tall doors and a two-story living room with a fireplace and floating mantle, while the lower level has a large gym and a theater. There is a two-car garage and a 41-foot-long negative edge Gunite pool with spa.
