Gary DePersia of My Hampton Homes and Corcoran, and Bradford Rand of Rand Luxury, partnered up on June 25 to host a luxury lifestyle open house and private brunch at a house on Deerfield Road in Water Mill.
The invite-only event showcased not only the 7,000-square-foot, almost $6 million new home, but also some of the latest models from Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Bentley and McLaren—with test drives available. It also offered a look at luxury brands and services in yachting, tourism, private aviation, fashion, home theater and, of course, real estate.
Guests were able to enjoy hors d’oeuvres, wine, signature cocktails and hand-rolled cigars. A silent auction was also held to benefit the American Heart Association.
This event was the first of several open houses that the duo will host this summer. There will be another in July and one in August as well.
