Blake A. Heinman, 19, of Greenport was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI on June 29. At 2:47 a.m., Quogue Village Police observed the driver failing to stop at a stop sign and pulled him over on Quogue Street. An investigation determined that he was intoxicated, police said.
