Meet and greet guests, visitors, mail, couriers, answer all phones, attend to front gate calls.
Coordinate payroll hours, time off, maintain Excel spreadsheets and other systems.
Maintain spreadsheets (phone lists, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, winterization). Track vendor visits, run errands, order office supplies, reconcile receipts, handle expenses, send FedEx/UPS, track and process vehicle registrations, inspections, insurance, assist with projects. Candidate must be pleasant, flexible, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team, able to follow instructions. Assist with other duties as required.
