East Hampton Antiques & Design Show Kicks Off July 12 at Mulford Farm

authorStaff Writer on Jul 1, 2024

The East Hampton Antiques & Design Show returns to Mulford Farm with Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper of design and architecture firm Ingrao Inc. serving as honorary chairmen for the preview cocktail party to benefit the East Hampton Historical Society on Friday, July 12, from 6 to 8 p.m.

“Mary and Lorenzo Woodhouse, who supported the restoration of the East Hampton Historical Society’s headquarters at Clinton Academy, were instrumental in preserving the historical beauty and charm of the community,” Ingrao said. “It’s an honor to carry on their legacy by preserving one of their former properties as our home and supporting East Hampton history.”

Now in its 18th year, the East Hampton Antiques & Design Show is widely recognized as the premier antiques and design event on Eastern Long Island and a highlight of the East Hampton arts and social calendar, the historical society states.

The Friday night preview will offer patrons an early buying opportunity of the array of antiques, jewelry, textiles, collectibles and chic furniture and accessories from more than 50 antiques and art dealers. The focus of the show is on vintage decorative items for the home and garden as well as art. Classic rattan and bamboo furniture, lighting, textiles, architectural elements, American and European country decorated furniture, Art Deco and Moderne, garden ornaments, wrought-iron accessories, industrial items, paintings, trade signs, period jewelry, weathervanes, and mirrors will be for sale.

The show itself will run Saturday, July 13, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, July 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets for the Friday night preview cocktail party start at $250 per person and include return visits over the weekend. For tickets, call the East Hampton Historical Society at 631-324-6850, extension 1, or email info@easthamptonhistory.org. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting the Events page on the East Hampton Historical Society’s website at easthamptonhistory.org. Tickets purchased in advance for the Antiques & Design Show cost $18. Day-of tickets cost $20 at the gate. Mulford Farm is located at 10 James Lane, East Hampton.
