The Westhampton Rotary Club is “all shook up” to start “spreading the news” about its upcoming fundraiser concert, “Elvis Meets Sinatra,” on Saturday, May 3, at 8 p.m. at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center.

This high-energy show stars Lamar Peters, who is considered one of New York’s top Elvis impersonators, and Jesse Posa, a leading Frank Sinatra impersonator, performing along with their three-piece band.

Peters was the first Elvis tribute artist to perform at B.B. King Blues Club in Times Square and for four years in a row has held the title for the best Celebrity Impersonator in the annual “Best of the Boro Contest” (Queens, Long Island, and Brooklyn). He also placed in the top three in the Ultimate Elvis Presley tribute contest sponsored by Elvis Presley Enterprises. As a sought-after performer, his tribute to the King showcases the best songs of Elvis’s career.

Jesse Posa has performed as Frank Sinatra at Radio City Music Hall and B.B. Kings Blues Club, in an Off-Broadway production of “Sinatra and Friends” and is in demand at private and corporate events as far away as Dubai.

“We’re delighted that Lamar Peters and Jesse Posa are bringing this incredible tribute show to the beautiful setting of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center to help our Club raise funds so we can continue our good work in the community,” said Bill Dalton, president of the Westhampton Rotary Club. “It promises to be a fun night and we’re hoping for a great turnout.”

The Westhampton Rotary Club was chartered in 1953 and members give back to the community in myriad ways. Efforts include an annual golf outing and spaghetti dinner to raise funds for student scholarships and other community nonprofit organizations, feeding the homeless and supporting a local food pantry, keeping local roadways clean as part of Suffolk County’s “Adopt-a-Highway” program and supporting the efforts of Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck, a local camp for disabled children.

General admission tickets are $59 with fees at whbpac.org or 631-288-1500, or $52 when paying with cash at the box office. VIP tickets, which include preferred seating and a post-show reception and meet-and-greet with the performers, are $92 ($81 with cash). Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center is at 76 Main Street in Westhampton Beach.
