Sticks and Stones Comedy Club presents “Rob White’s All Star Show” with guest Paul Ollinger on Friday, November 22, at 7 p.m.
Host of acclaimed podcast “Crazy Money,” Ollinger is also a fast-rising comedy star. After 15 years in sales at companies like Yahoo! and Facebook, he bailed on the corporate world to chase the comedy dream that has seen him headline top clubs like Caroline’s on Broadway, and West Side Comedy Club in New York, Cobbs in San Francisco and Zanies in Nashville.
He has performed at the Hollywood Improv and Comedy Cellar, and shared the stage with stars such as Norm Macdonald, Dave Attell and Chelsea Handler. He has also appeared in numerous festivals. In “Crazy Money” he explores the connection between money, happiness, work and meaning in conversations with some of the world’s most interesting people.
On November 29, at 7 p.m. Rob White’s “After the Stuffing Show” will feature headliner Vishnu Vaka as well as Bridget Kavanagh, Kathy Arnold and Joe Winchell.
Vaka, who moved to the U.S. as a teenager, is an American stand-up comedian, originally from India. He is currently performing all his “Self-Driven” tour. He was recently seen opening for Russell Peters on the “In Godfrey we Trust” podcast and the movie “Liquor Run” now streaming on Tubi and Amazon Prime.
Tickets for either Sticks and Stones Comedy Club show are $35 to $70 at cc-arts.org. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and guests are invited to enjoy snacks, drinks, live music, art gallery and great vibes before the show begins. Southampton Cultural Center is at 25 Pond Lane in Southampton Village.
