The Hampton Ballet Theatre School (HBTS), the classical training ground of the East End, will be performing Sergei Prokofiev’s delightful ballet “Peter and the Wolf” with two shows on Monday, July 29, at LTV Studios in East Hampton, and two shows Wednesday, July 31, at the Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE).

“Peter and the Wolf” is a collaboration between the HBTS, the Hampton Festival Orchestra and narrator Keith Cornelius. Choreographed by HBTS director Sara Jo Strickland, it will be danced by HBTS students and features the costumes of Yuka Silvera and Kate McManus. The score will be played by the Hampton Festival Orchestra, a group of professional musicians hailing from the East End, conducted by Dr. Andrew Perea.

Performances are at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 29, at LTV Studios, 75 Industrial Road, Wainscott. Tickets at are $35 ($30 children ) ltveh.org. VIP café table seating is $55 per seat (tables are four or six seats).

Performances on Wednesday, July 31, are at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. at the Children’s Museum of the East End (CMEE), 376 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton. Tickets at are $35 ($30 children )at cmee.org/events.
