Northern Harmony, a Vermont-based, a cappella ensemble, will perform a program of world harmony traditions in concert at 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, at the First Presbyterian Church of East Hampton.

The group’s repertoire includes South African songs and dances, traditional polyphony from Georgia, Corsica, the Balkans, American shape-note singing and quartet gospel. They will also lead a singing workshop at the church on October 5 from 3 to 5 p.m. which is open to all interested singers. The group of veteran singers sponsor singing workshops in New England and many parts of the world. Their infectious music is guaranteed to lift spirits. Suggested admission at the door is $15, $5 for students. The church is at 120 Main Street in East Hampton.
