Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic (PPHP) will be hosting “Artists for Choice,” its 31st annual East End Benefit on Saturday, June 15 at Guild Hall in East Hampton. The event will combine a concert and art auction to support PPHP’s programs and services in Suffolk County.

There will also be a private, pre-event reception on Sunday, June 2 at Keyes Gallery on Main Street in Sag Harbor. Wine and light refreshments will be served and the art will be on display. Guests will be able to bid on the art online during the reception and meet with the artists who are participating in the auction.

The main event on June 15 will be held at the John Drew Theater at Guild. “Artists for Choice” sponsors will be invited to a private reception prior to the start of the concert where wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Paddle8 representatives will be available for last-minute bidding.

Event sponsorships range from $25,000 to $500. In addition to the private reception at Guild Hall on June 15, sponsors will get premium concert tickets, invitations to the June 2 art reception at the Keyes Gallery, and signage at the event. Concert-only tickets will be available for $100 with 350 guests expected to attend.

More than 50 artists have donated work to the event at the invitation of art curator Pamela Willoughby. Paddle8 will be conducting the online bidding via paddle8.com/auction/planned-parenthood. Online bidding will commence on May 31 and end June 15 at 8 p.m.

PPHP’s mission is to empower individuals to determine their own sexual health and reproductive futures. PPHP is one of 54 Planned Parenthood affiliates, and one of only six in the country that offers prenatal care. Planned Parenthood is also the nation’s largest provider of sexual and reproductive health education. For more information, visit plannedparenthood.org/planned-parenthood-hudson-peconic.
