The Linda Ronstadt Experience is a touring tribute showcase that features the songs that the singer made famous. On Friday, May 19, at 8 p.m., Suffolk Theater in Riverhead presents The Linda Ronstadt Experience with “American Idol” star Tristan McIntosh who creates a stunning portrayal of Ronstadt in the prime of her career.

Supported by a superb backing band, McIntosh’s formidable vocal talent and stage presence will transport audiences to a time when Linda Ronstadt ruled the airwaves as one of the most popular female vocalists in music history.

This incredible show takes audiences on a musical journey of chart topping smash hits, “You’re No Good,” “When Will I Be Loved,” “That’ll Be the Day,” “Blue Bayou” and many more classic hits by Jackson Brown, Elvis Costello, Tom Petty, Neil Young, Warren Zevon and Little Feat just to name a few.

McIntosh captures the power, poise and pure grace in an electrifying delivery bringing the original interpreter’s version stunningly alive.

Tickets for the show are $45 to $65 at thesuffolk.org. Suffolk Theater is at 118 East Main Street, Riverhead.
