The Suffolk welcomes back “A Classical Christmas,” featuring the Long Island Concert Orchestra, on Friday, December 20, at 8 p.m.

After its inaugural success in 2023, an evening of classical Christmas music returns performed by the 30-piece Long Island Concert Orchestra. Concertgoers can escape the hustle and bustle of the season and enjoy the nostalgic melodies with “A Classical Christmas,” which will feature all of the most beloved Christmas tunes that fill the air with holiday spirit including Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker,” Handel’s “Messiah,” Beethoven’s “Choral Fantasy,” Campogrande’s “Concerto for Audience,” John Rutter Christmas carols, R. Vaughn Williams’ “Greensleeves” and many more.

Tickets are $59 to $79 at thesuffolk.org. The Suffolk is at 118 East Main Street in Riverhead.
