SPRINGS — Darwin Ronaldo Kaekat-Naanch, 37, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police around noon on Friday on a charge of assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Kaekat-Naanch got into an altercation with another tenant in the house he lives in, and punched the man in the mouth, causing severe bleeding. The man was taken to the hospital, and after investigation, police made the arrest. Roger Antonio Ocampo Cubillos, 31, of East Hampton was arrested by East Hampton Village Police early in the morning on Saturday on a misdemeanor charge of DWI. An officer pulled over the 2008 GMC Ocampo Cubillos was driving on Main Street at about 2:15 a.m. when he made a turn without properly signaling, police said.
