Lucia Macario-Morales, 38, of Westhampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 11:15 p.m. on January 24 and charged with felony aggravated DWI after being pulled over on County Road 39 for, police said, driving erratically and failing to stop at a stop sign. A check of DMV records revealed that her driver’s license was suspended and that she was required to have an interlock device installed on her vehicle. Manuel Fernando Chuya, 52, of East Hampton was charged with misdemeanor DWI by East Hampton Village Police after a traffic stop on Montauk Highway in the village a little after midnight on Sunday.
