For Ruiz Guaman, it is the third time he has been charged with misdemeanor DWI in a little more than a year. SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — The reported grand larceny of a Mercedes-Benz on September 13 from an auto repair shop on Hampton Street ultimately led to an arrest warrant being issued for Michael A. Rodriguez, 20, of East Hampton on a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
