FT/PT OFFICE ASSISTANT MANAGER -- Pine Edge Landscaping is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join our growing team! We are a well-established landscape company based in Speonk, and we're looking for someone who can take initiative, stay organized, and work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and our internal crew.
As our new Office Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting both field and office teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling for client consultations and crew assignments
Manage purchasing of plant material, supplies, and equipment
Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate records
Use and manage software including Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to support project success
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a professional and collaborative mindset
Proficiency in basic office software and cloud-based tools
Must be able to work on-site from our home-based office in Speonk, NY
Compensation: $25 - $30/hour
