Richard Loeschner, in the hearing of Maria Dorr [“Attorney Alleges Concerted Effort To Remove Amagansett Principal,” 27east.com, August 28], has now defended his actions by stating that if the police don’t pursue something in a matter of a school, it doesn’t mean the school is not going to move forward with some type of disciplinary action.
It is a very interesting detail. Loeschner also admitted, when questioned, that he did not look into where the gift card Dorr showed him came from. The card, like the envelope in question, was also red.
Did he look into where the alleged missing envelope came from? That answer was “no” as well.
If ever there was a case for a school’s consolidation. The continued actions of what is often referred to locally as the “country club” is now a novel. It’s being written.
Still here.
