The East Hampton Village Board closed a hearing and later passed a resolution to amend the code pertaining to noise when it met on Friday, January 24. The hearing, which was held open at its December 18, 2024, meeting, pertained to regulating the dates and times that construction, excavation, demolition, exterior repair or alteration work can be done.
