Police said that Gutierrez Nunez was found sleeping behind the wheel of a 2011 Toyota pickup truck, keys in the ignition and engine running, in a parking lot off North Main Street. Police said the stop was made because Yanza Garcia, driving west in a 2023 Honda Civic, was driving 70 mph where the limit is 40.
