Police said they found Berg behind the wheel of a 2008 Honda, asleep, key in the ignition and engine running. According to the police, Berg had passed out while in the parking area around Brent’s delicatessen in Amagansett. The criminal complaint against her states that her car had slowly rolled into a curb where it came to a stop.
