Ugo Linares was driving a 2023 Subaru when he was pulled over on Montauk Highway near Old Montauk Highway in Montauk because, police said, he was swerving across the lines, driving into the oncoming lane at one point. He appeared intoxicated, the arresting officer reported, and failed sobriety tests, leading to his arrest. According to police, Aguilar was pulled over on Windmill Lane in Amagansett for swerving across lane lines while driving a 2016 Ram pickup truck.
