Kendra Marie Halamoutis, 35, of Brooklyn was arrested on a misdemeanor DWI charge by East Hampton Town Police early Saturday morning after a traffic stop on Route 114. The arresting officer reportedly made the traffic stop because Halamoutis, driving a late model Mercedes-Benz SUV, repeatedly swerved across the double yellow line. She appeared intoxicated, police said, and failed roadside sobriety tests. Police said Morales was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe on Route 114 near Stonewall Court when he lost control of the vehicle, going off-road before striking both a telephone pole and a tree.
