SPRINGS — A heated exchange at a Bell Road residence ultimately led to the arrest of Stephanie Uribe, 37, of Springs on Friday at around midnight. East Hampton Town Police charged Uribe with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, because, they said, she prevented the alleged victim from dialing 911 by grabbing the woman’s phone as she tried to call.
