MONTAUK — As Montauk’s St. Patrick’s Day parade was breaking up Sunday afternoon, two men were charged by East Hampton Town Police with disorderly conduct, a violation, when they got into a fist fight that ended with them both rolling on the ground at Carl Fisher Plaza, exchanging punches to the face. One of them was a 27-year-old from Northport, and the other was a 22-year-old from Mastic Beach. SPRINGS — A heated exchange at a Bell Road residence ultimately led to the arrest of Stephanie Uribe, 37, of Springs on Friday at around midnight. East Hampton Town Police charged Uribe with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, because, they said, she prevented the alleged victim from dialing 911 by grabbing the woman’s phone as she tried to call. Uribe was also charged with a violation, harassment in the second degree, due to what police said was a physical shoving and hair pulling incident, causing the alleged victim pain. SPRINGS — Town Police responded to a complaint from the management of a Springs fuel company late last month that a client had bounced a check for $1,490.90 in late December and still had not made good on the check. EAST HAMPTON VILLAGE — Matthew William Scott, 40, currently a Willingboro, New Jersey, resident who has been arrested by East Hampton Village Police over 10 times recently on charges of disobeying a court order of protection issued out of East Hampton Town Justice Court remained in county jail as of Tuesday morning, unable to meet the $15,000 bail set for his release by East Hampton Town Justice Stephen Tekulsky on Saturday morning. EAST HAMPTON — Adriana E. Orellano Quito, 28, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police the night of February 16 on a felony charge of assault in the second degree. Orellano Quito is accused of stabbing a man in his forearm with a kitchen knife during an altercation. Orellano Quito was also charged with a misdemeanor, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, namely, the kitchen knife.
