EAST HAMPTON VILLAGE — East Hampton Village Police arrested German Fernando Centurion, 40, a little before 1 a.m. on Sunday on a felony charge of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, namely cocaine. Police allege that Centurion had in his possession over a half gram of cocaine, which police said was contained in a glass vile found in the console during a search of the 2019 Cadillac Escalade Centurion was said to be driving.
