MONTAUK — A woman approached a police officer during the Montauk Halloween children’s parade on Main Street to report that a man on a bicycle was approaching and making inappropriate comments to “juvenile females.” The officer looked around and soon located a man matching the description. An officer tracked the man down, who was running from the train station to Pantigo Road.
