MONTAUK — A domestic dispute on the grounds of the Montauk Yacht Club early Labor Day morning led to the arrest of a Brooklyn man on three misdemeanor charges by the East Hampton Town Police. MONTAUK — An altercation in the parking lot of Ruschmeyer’s on Second House Road early Saturday morning resulted in two men being arrested, one charged with a felony. Odhran A. Coyle, 22, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree. East Hampton Town Police said that during the altercation, Coyle ripped off the back windshield wiper of a late-model Honda SUV. The damage was estimated to exceed the $250 threshold that triggers the felony charge. AMAGANSETT — Jonnathan J. Farez Dominguez, 21, was arrested by East Hampton Town Police on a charge of assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor, after an altercation at a party at a residence on Ocean Parkway East at about 10 p.m. on Saturday. According to police, Farez Dominguez punched another man at the party multiple times in the head and face, causing “abrasions on (the victim’s) face,” as well as “contusions and visible swelling on the nose, lips, and back of the head.” Farez Dominguez ran off after the altercation, police said. The car had an E-ZPass tag inside, which the owner learned had been used a little before 4 that morning when the thief crossed the Throgs Neck Bridge. The case was turned over to detectives. MONTAUK — Town Police were called to the Surf Lodge on South Edgemere Street on June 15 where a man was unconscious. The victim was in the dishwashing area of the kitchen, the report says. A Montauk EMS crew transported the man to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. In route, the man regained consciousness and told the ambulance crew that he had been punched in the face.
