The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Everit Albert Herter Post 550, commemorated Veterans Day with a parade in East Hampton Village on Monday morning. Veterans assembled at 9:45 a.m. at the old VFW Post, now London Jewelers. The parade stepped off at 10 a.m. and headed down Main Street. It was followed by a service at the memorial on the Green and a ceremony at the East Hampton Town American Legion Post 419 in Amagansett.
