A former East Hampton Village Police secretary who in 2020 filed a discrimination complaint against the Village, the Police Department and a former supervisor claiming that she was repeatedly harassed, demeaned and berated has petitioned New York State Supreme Court’s Appellate Division to annul and reverse a 2024 determination of the state Division of Human Rights dismissing the complaint.
