Justin W. Napolillo, 27, of Amagansett was arrested by a Sag Harbor Village Police officer on foot patrol on a misdemeanor DWI charge on Sunday evening. Police said the officer was approached by a pedestrian who reported having seen Napolillo, apparently quite intoxicated, stumbling out of his vehicle, a 2019 BMW, on Wharf Street.
