As we enter the new year and chatter about an alleged settlement to what, in my opinion, continues to be hostage negotiations, Bay View Avenue has an illegal noncompliant obstruction that remains. Blocking access for 2,350 days later — seven summers lost, almost 78 months, just about 335 weeks, 56,400 hours, 3,384,000 minutes, 203,040,000 seconds. Time lost, memories gone, hope unwavering for justice to violations.
Happy new year. Still here.
