Panelists included Greg Ferraris, owner, GNFerraris and former Sag Harbor Village mayor; Lisa Field, owner, Sag Harbor Variety Store; Jesse Matsuoka, owner, Sen and KPASA restaurants; Jim Morgo, president, Morgo Private Public Strategies, and former commissioner of Suffolk County Econimic Development and Workforce Housing; and Patricia Assui Reed, owner, Matriark.
