Chef Brian Collins will be coming back to the Nathaniel Rogers House for another cultural sampling of food. This time get ready for an authentic St. Patrick’s Day dinner sampling! Try mussels with Irish cider, colcannon, roast chicken with Cumberland sauce, roast lamb, and chocolate Guinness bread pudding.
