We are hiring DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS and MEDICAL CARE COUNSELORS for our Residential Services for Developmentally Disabled Adults Program.
- DSP Opportunities include part-time, full-time, evening, weekend and flexible On Call hours.
- DSP Starting hourly rate is $16.00/hr. + weekend shift differential.
- MCC Starting hourly rate is $17.00/hr. (Mon-Fri work schedule)
-All DSP/MCC positions require a HS Diploma/GED and valid NYS Driver's License.

$2000 Sign-On Bonus* for DSP/MCC new hires with work schedules of 28 hrs. or more/wk.
($500 received after 6 months’ employment; $1500 after 1 year anniversary)
*Bonus awarded for new hires through December 31, 2022
