Participants will consider poems by WH Auden, Wislawa Szymborska, and William Carlos Williams in relation to the paintings that inspired them, and then select an art print and discuss ideas about how to transmute the painting into words.
Barbara Burke (MA, MLS) is a lifelong lover of poetry and has participated in several advanced poetry and memoir workshops at the 92nd Street Y and currently volunteers at the Hampton Library.
