Artist and teacher Howard Rose who led our plein air workshops this past summer is back this winter with three workshops to help you become the best artist you can be! In this third and final class Howard will teach you how to use two tools you use every day to help you make better paintings. Your eyes and your smartphone! You will learn some lessons about how to properly frame a scene so that when you are out in the world, if you see a beautiful scene, you can properly take a picture of it to paint later! Bring your smartphones and be ready to look at and review the pictures you have on them of sunsets, beaches and other scenes. Weather permitting, we will venture outside and put our lessons to work.
