Tour of South End Cemetery
Normally offered just during the Halloween season, this tour explains where all the bodies are buried. You’ll see the final resting places of East Hampton’s earliest European settlers, shipwreck victims, socialites, artists, soldiers, an accused witch, and the simple burial stone of an enslaved African named Peggy.
Tours are $12 per person for non-members and free for members. The tours in collaboration with the East Hampton Trails Preservation Society (EHTPS) are also free for their EHTPS members. (ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CHECKED)
