Bringing awareness and intellectually understanding where your feelings come from is valuable, but you wont be able to free yourself from those feelings until you actually take the time to process them.
During this workshop we will move the awareness of our feelings from our mind, down into our bodies for processing. With the help of music, inward focus and movement like somatic shaking and dance, you’ll use your physical body as a tool to transform old, stagnant energy into new.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, empowered and more connected to yourself.
This workshop takes place at Vana Yoga in Eastport. It is Wednesday March 6th from 6:30-7:30.
