Join the Women's Art Center of the Hamptons (WACH) for a Japanese Folding and Dye Workshop. This class will introduce participants to the centuries-old technique of shibori, a resist-dyeing method similar to batik and tie dye that involves folding, clamping, or twisting textile or paper to create stunning patterns. Participants will be inspired to experiment with color and pattern both at WACH and at home. Sunday, December 1 | 2-4pm. $25, all materials included.
