Writers Wanted.
The Lichtenstein Center Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing & Literature program at Stony Brook University is excited to announce an upcoming Open House and Writers Speak Reading event. This event will provide prospective students and the public with a unique opportunity to explore the program and experience the creativity and talent of our students and faculty.
The Open House will take place on October 16th from 6 PM to 7PM at Chancellors Hall, Stony Brook Southampton Campus. It will be followed by a special reading in the Rakoff Studio featuring acclaimed author Maya Shanbhag Lang.
During the Open House, attendees will have the chance to:
- Meet with program faculty and learn about the curriculum.
- Get insights into the admissions process and financial aid opportunities.
- Connect with current MFA students to gain a firsthand perspective on the program.
- Explore the inspiring community of creative writers at Stony Brook.
