Come and celebrate the end of the season and a successful pepper harvest at Sagaponack Farm Distillery, where Springs Fireplace will be serving up two unique vodka cocktails infused with rare peppers grown at the Springs Fireplace field: A wheat vodka made with Korean Hong Gochu chiles and a potato vodka steeped in Mexican Guajillo chiles. Bloody Marys made with Springs Fireplace Tesuque hot sauce will also be available.
Mattitaco will be on hand serving tacos with all of the Springs Fireplace sauces and salsas, along with exclusive one-night-only pepper sides.
