Hamptons Adult Hardball is a 30 & older Wood Bat Baseball League. Opening Day is May 5th and the Championship concludes July 28th.
Teams are limited to 3 players that are 26 to 29-years-old, non-pitchers. Must be 26 as of 1/1/2024. Pitchers must be 30-years-old as of 1/1/2024.

Pre-season League workouts to start on Wednesday, March 20.
Games will take place in Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor.
