Navy Beach Reopens for the 2025 Season
Navy Beach welcomes in its 16th season on Friday, April 25, at 5 p.m. The beachfront restaurant located on a 200-foot stretch of private beach on Fort Pond Bay, offers beachfront outdoor dining as well as indoor dining. Reservations will be available via Resy or by calling the restaurant up to two weeks in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome.
Navy Beach will roll out many new menu items this season including: shrimp tempura hand rolls, tuna crudo lettuce wraps, mussels “scampi-style,” everything bagel crusted salmon, and a throwback from years ago — the classic bucatini pomodoro, where added lobster tail is optional. In addition, two new vegetarian sides — roasted cauliflower with whipped tofu and chimichurri, and asparagus with miso aioli and toasted sesame — join the roster alongside old favorites including the buttermilk fried chicken, Navy burger, the dry-aged ribeye, buddha bowl and the soy-glazed halibut.
On the beverage front, the restaurant will be adding several spirit-free and low ABV selections to the list including ones from Aplós, Wölffer and Montauk Brew Co. Favorite libations, including the “Loaded Paloma” and “Pick Me Up,” will return alongside several new summer-ready cocktails like the “Misty Mule” and “Grapefruit Coast G+T,” available as individual cocktails or large-format pitchers for larger groups.
Live entertainment is returning at Navy Beach starting on May 24, with a rotating lineup of DJs on Memorial Day Weekend and the weekends of June 21 through Labor Day Weekend, as well as Rum Punch Mafia Band and Bobby Murray. In mid-July, the restaurant will relaunch the Riviera Weekend with DJs, vintage Riviera-inspired attire, flowing rosé and French Riviera inspired cocktails on July 12 and 13. As always, boaters are encouraged to join in the weekend’s festivities. Yachting clientele will be happy to hear that the beachfront restaurant’s “Torpedo” service will be back, offering a launch running weekends from late weekend through Labor Day. As the “Torpedo” operates weather permitting, phoning in advance to confirm launch availability is recommended.
Navy Beach will expand its longstanding support of the Navy SEAL Foundation with a focus on fundraising for the organization’s Children’s Summer Camps, specifically designed for children of the SEAL community. The restaurant’s 13th annual dine + donate program continues from Memorial Day through Labor Day, plus online awareness and fundraising, and an event in late July. Since beginning to fundraise for the organization in 2013, the restaurant has raised over $200,000 for the Navy SEAL Foundation. The restaurant’s local philanthropic efforts continue with its fifth annual local East Hampton High School scholarship program, awarding four $500 scholarships to four Class of 2025 EHHS graduates.
Navy Beach will be open for Friday evenings through Sunday through mid-May. The annual Mother’s Day “Prix-Fixe” and Father’s Day “Brew for Dad” specials will be back on Sundays, May 11 and June 15. Thursday dinner service begins May 22, while Monday lunch and dinner service begins May 27. The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner beginning June 13 through Labor Day aside from private events. Visit navybeach.com for reservations and information. Navy Beach is at 16 Navy Road in Montauk.
