Easter At North Fork Table & Inn
On Easter Sunday, April 17, North Fork Table & Inn will offer a curated $68 prix fixe menu filled with delicious shared starters for the table, like deviled eggs, spring onion tempura and seasonal fruit, as well as a choice of entrees, including olive oil pancakes (berries, vanilla Chantilly, warm maple), pea and nettle agnolotti (chestnut mushrooms, Parmesan, snow peas), and the Hudson Valley steelhead trout (jalapeño-tomatillo salsa, KK’s lettuces), among other offerings. K Pasa Specials
If you’re looking for an elegant Easter breakfast with the family, K Pasa in Sag Harbor is the place to be on Sunday. The menu features fun takes on tacos and toasts, bowls and Mexican-inspired plates, a build your scramble, fresh fruits, oat bowls and treats. A few menu items to highlight are Miguel’s breakfast tacos, hilaquiles, Sag Hash, huevos rancheros, B’bread, and French toast. Guests can reserve a table at 1-800-taco.com.

In addition, Taco Tuesday specials are on the menu at K Pasa. Among the offering are lamb birria taco ($19) which are only available on Taco Tuesday, along with a wide variety of flavor-packed tacos ($5 to $6). Choose from traditional, non-traditional and vegetarian options including asado chicken, Baja fish, carnitas, shrimp al pastor, black bean falafel, halloumi, and the signature sloopy rizo. Don’t miss the Taco Tuesday special cocktail Blueberry Goddess ($15) featuring Nolet’s gin, lime juice, fresh blueberries, mint, cucumber and soda water. Margarita specials are available as well.

Lobster Roll Easter
For families looking to grab lunch on Easter Sunday, Lobster Roll, affectionately known as LUNCH, will be serving up hot or cold lobster rolls along with a few classics such as grilled crab cakes, succulent scampi style shrimp and black angus shell steak or the char-broiled tuna steak. Kissaki Water Mill Opens For The Season
On April 13, sushi and Japanese fare restaurant Kissaki Water Mill officially launched its 3rd season on the East End.

In Japanese, “kissaki” translates to “tip of a blade” or “knife point” which is fitting since sushi chefs take their knives very seriously, and at Kissaki the fish is taken just as seriously. With its own fishery and wildlife License, Kissaki gets most of its fish directly from Japan, and deals with fishermen from California, Montauk, the Outer Banks and Gloucester Bay.

The 18-seat omakase counter at Kissaki Water Mill, where the sushi chef serves the guest directly piece-by-piece, has two menu options — eight nigiri pieces plus miso soup and a handroll for $75, and 12 pieces plus miso soup and a handroll for $115. A full menu of Japanese specialties is also available in the Kissaki dining room and outdoor patio.

Get Ready To Rumba
On Thursday, April 14, Rumba in Hampton Bays will offer a rum pairing dinner, an exclusive four-course menu, expertly curated with unique rums from El Dorado including their 3-year-old, 5-year-old, 12-year-old, and 15-year-old rums.

Explore distinct rum flavor profiles from rich and sweet to dry and spicy, and everything in between with Rumba’s chefs will join guests to discuss this very unique menu, and how it was developed for this special evening with El Dorado and its over 400 year Demerara rum distilling history.

The menu includes hamachi crudo served with L’Orange Daiquiri, tempura prawns with a Rum-Hatton, and chicarrons encrusted pork tenderloin with a Sorrels Sorrel. Dessert is pineapple upside-down cake served with a Ginger Old Fashioned.
