Celebrate the Food of Ireland
The Bridgehampton Museum hosts an authentic St. Patrick’s Day Dinner on Friday, March 14, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Chef Brian Collins returns to the museum’s Nathaniel Rogers House for another cultural sampling of food. This time, get ready for an Irish sampling. Try mussels with Irish cider, colcannon, roast chicken with Cumberland sauce, roast lamb and chocolate Guinness bread pudding. Collins will serve the meal and discuss traditional Irish cooking and how it changed when the Irish came to America.

A Toast to Cowfish’s Wine Pairing Dinner
Join Cowfish restaurant in Hampton Bays on Thursday, March 13, for a dining experience featuring five expertly crafted courses, each paired with the wines of DAOU Vineyards of Paso Robles, California. The highlight of the evening will be the renowned 2020 Soul of a Lion, a wine that has earned an impressive 95-point rating from the legendary critic, Robert Parker.
Matt Kettmann of Wine Enthusiast described the 2020 vintage as “a showstopper,” with “deep, bold flavors of dark fruit” that beautifully showcase the power and finesse of Paso Robles terroir. This exceptional wine will be the centerpiece of the evening, elevating the moment with elegance and complexity.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the first course served at 7 p.m. Tickets are $110 per person (plus tax and gratuity) at resy.com.
Cowfish is also offering Prime Rib Friday, featuring a 14-ounce prime rib and a loaded baked potato for $44. The deal is available after 4 p.m. Cowfish’s happy hour is 3 to 6 p.m. weekdays with half priced appetizers, well pours, rum punch, signature margarita, wines by the glass and beer.

St. Patrick’s Day Specials at Rowdy Hall
Rowdy Hall celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with specials available on Saturday, March 17, Saturday, March 22, for the Am O’Gansett St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and Sunday, March 30, for the Friends of Erin St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Montauk.
The specials, subject to change, are as follows:
Monday, March 17 — Two course prix fixe lunch and dinner with a choice of appetizer and entrée, or entrée and dessert for $35. Appetizer is potato leek soup, entrées are corned beef and cabbage or bangers and mash, and for dessert, banana Irish whiskey cake with butter cream.
Saturday, March 22, and Sunday, March 30 — A la carte specials with potato leek soup $14, corned beef and cabbage $27.
St. Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without a drink. In addition to the food specials, Rowdy Hall will be pairing its 10-ounce half pint of Guinness Irish Stout with a shot of J.J. Corry’s Irish whiskey, “The Hanson” for $12. J.J. Corry is the only all-female Irish whiskey company in existence.
