Hamptons Restaurants Thanksgiving Dinners, Buffets And Take-Out For 2016

Many local restaurants are making it easy to skip the cooking part of Thanksgiving and get straight to the best part of the holiday: the eating.

Prix fixes, buffets and take-out are available at a variety of restaurants offering turkey and all the traditional Thanksgiving fixings.

Scarpetta Beach at Gurney’s Montauk (631-668-1771, gurneysmontauk.com) is serving a four-course prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 8 p.m., and a kids’ menu. Additionally, activities for children of all ages will be offered from noon to 4 p.m. Call for prices and reservations.

Service Station in East Hampton (631-267-5603, servicestationrestaurant.com) will be open from 3 p.m. through late hours offering a bar menu.

Smokin’ Wolf in East Hampton (631-604-6470, smokinwolfbbq.com) is offering Thanksgiving catering, including roasted, smoked or deep fried turkey with all the fixings. Assorted pies, cakes and cookie platters are available. Call to order.

c/o The Maidstone in East Hampton (631-324-5006, themaidstone.com) is serving a three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving feast from 1 to 8 p.m. for $75 per person. A children’s portion is $35/ Call for reservations.

Momi Ramen Hamptons in East Hampton (631-324-1678, momihamptons.com) will be open from 5 to 10 p.m. Call for reservations.

1770 House Restaurant & Inn in East Hampton (631-324-1770, 1770house.com) will serve a three-course prix fixe by executive chef Michael Rozzi for $95 from 2 to 8 p.m. Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included. For guests 12 and younger, a two-course meal is $40. Call for reservations.

Highway Restaurant & Bar in East Hampton (631-527-5372, highwayrestaurant.com) is offering an “Everything but the Bird” holiday takeaway menu. Highway will provide an array of side dishes and desserts, for between $12 and $48 per person. Options include vegetables, salads, soups, stuffing, gravy and pies. Order online, over the phone, or in person by Monday, November 21, and pick up by Wednesday, November 23.

Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor (631-725-2101, baronscove.com) will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. serving a three-course meal plus a gourmet turkey sandwich prepared for each adult for a midnight snack or Friday’s lunch. The cost is $68. For children 12 and younger, dinner is $26, and for children 3 and younger, it’s complimentary.

Page at 63 Main in Sag Harbor (631-725-1810, page63main.com) will have seatings at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. for a four-course prix fixe dinner. The price is $65 for adults and $32 for children. Reservations are suggested.

Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack (631-807-7855, facebook.com/old.stove.pub) is offering a four-course dinner for $49.95 per person, including one glass of wine.

Manna Restaurant in Water Mill (631-726-4444, mannahamptons.com) is planning a farm-to-feast buffet dinner with heritage turkey and side dishes for $60. Also available is a prix fixe dinner-to-go in pilgrim, duke or king size for guest lists of any size. Call to reserve a seat or place an order.

Southampton Publick House, now on Jobs Lane, (631-283-2800, ​publick.com)​ is offering a three-course prix fixe dinner from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. for $29.95 per person. For children 10 and under, a two-course turkey dinner and dessert menu is $14.95.

The Inn Spot on the Bay in Hampton Bays (631-728-1200, theinnspot.com) will serve a three-course prix fixe dinner for $38 per person. For children 12 and under, a two-course dinner is $25. Reservations are required.

Maple Tree in Riverhead (631-727-2819, mapletreebbq.com) is offering a catering menu for pick-up only, including turkey meals available before Thanksgiving with reheat instructions. Orders must be placed 72 hours in advance, with a 50 percent deposit. A 12- to 15-pound smoked or roasted turkey is $125 for the bird only, or $200 for the bird with stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls or cornbread plus a choice of two sides.

Tweed’s in Riverhead (631-208-3151, tweedsrestaurant.com) will serve a $32 per person three-course prix fixe menu from noon to 9 p.m. The main course is a traditional turkey dinner with New England chestnut stuffing, giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, local turnips and Brussels sprouts and cranberry dressing. Reservations are required.
